Our Process

Screening

At Isisekelo, we take the time to thoroughly review all CVs and arrange face-to-face or telephonic interviews (if necessary) to fully understand each candidate and discuss potential job opportunities.

Company Match

We work our magic behind the scenes, carefully matching the ideal candidate with the perfect company. This process typically takes a few days, depending on the role and industry demand at the time.

Interview Process

We not only arrange interviews but also nurture the growing relationship between candidate and potential employers. If the interview is successful, we assist with requests for copies of certificates and conduct background checks as needed.

Offer & Employment

We take care of negotiating the best deal for both parties and agreeing on start dates. We also support the employee through the sometimes difficult resignation process, right up to the start date.

Two business-minded friends combine their recruitment and IT expertise, giving birth to a results-driven, boutique-style agency.

2010

Together with their first employee, the founders set out to revolutionize traditional recruitment by offering an exceptional hiring experience.

2017

Isisekelo’s team of talented staff and the increasing demand from various sectors led to expanding its focus to cater to all industries while still offering a personalized experience.

In response to global demand, Isisekelo expanded its reach to cater to the overseas market, establishing itself as a global placement agency.

Michael holds a BCom (Accounting) from UKZN and was one of the founders in 2009.

Pauline has over 20 years experience agency experience both nationally and Internationally.

Shae Schwenk
