We not only arrange interviews but also nurture the growing relationship between candidate and potential employers. If the interview is successful, we assist with requests for copies of certificates and conduct background checks as needed.
We take care of negotiating the best deal for both parties and agreeing on start dates. We also support the employee through the sometimes difficult resignation process, right up to the start date.
