Michael Lane – Founder & Director

Michael holds a BCom in Accounting from UKZN and was one of the visionary founders of Isisekelo in 2009. With his strong business acumen and passion for recruitment, he played a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s success from the very beginning.

Pauline Michell – Recruiter

Johannesburg

Pauline brings over 20 years of agency experience, with a wealth of expertise gained both nationally and internationally (UK). Her deep understanding of global recruitment trends has been instrumental in driving Isisekelo’s growth and success across diverse markets.

Karen Armour – Recruiter

Karen holds a B.Compt in Accounting Science and is CIMA qualified. Colleen holds a Diploma in Human Resources and brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment.
