We thoroughly review your CV, then either arrange a face-to-face interview (or if not possible, a telephonic interview) so as to fully understand your requirements as well as discuss potential job opportunities.

02. Company Match

We work our magic behind the scenes, matching you up with the perfect company & position. We arrange interviews and nurture the growing relationship between you and your new potential employer.

03. Employment

We negotiate the best deal between you and your new employer, as well as agree your new job start date. We also hold your hand through the sometimes difficult resignation process.
